Called my father-in-law to say that they had a summons to serve me to show up in court. No thing had ever been sent to my home regarding this matter. My father-in-law lives 4 hours away in a different state. The debt they are wanting to collect on was taken care of last year and no longer shows up on my credit report as being outstanding.

I receive calls from this number about a dozen times a day. If i answer, there is no one on the line. If I call back, i get nothing.
